We were provided with a double room with a bathroom, air conditioning, and modern amenities as we had reserved. the food was delicious. - the location was convenient, with local markets nearby and a market around the hotel.

got the same double room booked online with a balcony and sunny view. in general the staff were knowledgeable and very informative.
Facilities were good clean, even so Wi-Fi was very poor.

Ideal hotel with very good wi-fi, the location is perfect on the actual island. Excellent and extremely friendly staff in Morning shift, they can also create a quiet atmosphere. The rooms are airy and new-fashioned, with a big window and Wi-Fi.

Near to the bus stop and train for Venice. Just make sure you make a note of the name of the bus stop you leave from. They all look the same coming back in the dark. breakast patio very good.
Very difficult to find with the instructions we had.

Our room had a bathtub which was a nice bonus! 😊 the breakfast had a great variety of tasty foods, both traditional and delicious. the services here were top-notch and made our stay even better.

Hotel location although near to train station but it is not near to any decent restaurant. It is better to stay on the other side of the station where there is a supermarket and several restaurants. We are also given a room that is right next to the exit door which gives a loud bang when anyone enter or exit. Do not stay at room 11 which is really disturbing. The shower is also miserably small about half the size of a normal shower. Overall experience very poor and not recommended.
